One of my favorite quick and easy healthy breakfast options is to make scrambled eggs with spinach and cayenne pepper. This is perfect for those days you have to go to work after an early morning workout.
1/2 cup of fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup of Egg Beaters Original
1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
