Fitness Journey Rebooted: @KiatheCEO Daily Freestyle Jump Rope Challenge!
In the last few years, I went from running five days a week for fun and killing my 5K in under 30 minutes time, to running out of excuses for why I haven’t worked out. However, I have been jumping rope almost every other day as a fun way to stay active and burn calories since my recent birthday. For every 10 minutes I jump rope, I have been able to burn about 100 calories. With that said, I decided to reboot my fitness journey with a daily freestyle jump rope challenge!
