Fitness is a Lifestyle
Wow! It’s been over 2 months that I’ve been working out and going HAM in the gym. I have to admit – being health conscious and fit really takes up a lot of my time, and sometimes I don’t think the results are coming fast enough, but I am definitely making progress! Just two weeks ago I couldn’t even do one push up, but now I can do 6 in a row with perfect form. Go me! Go me!!
These pics are from last week and I look even better now that I’ve been working with a trainer since Saturday.
